Located in Dalang, Dongguan — China’s renowned wool knitting town, Jiesheng Textile is an integrated yarn manufacturer with more than 20 years of experience in textile spinning and dyeing.
We combine in-house R&D, spinning, dyeing and sales under one roof. Our production facilities enable full-process quality control from raw fiber to finished colored yarn. Our main product range covers mercerized cotton, linen-like yarn, cool yarn, matte ice yarn, core-spun yarn, arctic fleece, Tencel / Lyocell, slub yarn and Andy yarn. These yarns are widely used for knitted sweaters, children’s wear, base layers, dresses and loungewear.
Supported by Dalang’s mature knitting industrial cluster, our professional R&D and QC team strictly monitors yarn evenness, color fastness and hand feel. We offer custom composition, count and color matching, fast sampling for small orders and stable bulk delivery.

During years of market development, we established deep strategic cooperation with BYD, TTI Group, Dechang Motor, Gree Group and other well-known enterprises. We signed agreements on key projects including servo presses, precision coating and glue dispensing, growing together to create new industry milestones.

Global Market Expansion
Starting from April 2021, our pressing machines were exported to Vietnam, Mexico, USA, Japan, Thailand and other countries, offering robust support for global industrial production. In September 2021, we launched casting business and took the lead in research trials for industrial machine tool casting processes to drive process optimization.
